Michael R. Moebes

Michael is a civil trial lawyer and workers' compensation lawyer in the Atlanta Georgia metro area.  He graduated from The University of Alabama in 1997 and Georgia State University College of Law in 2003.  

Since his admittance to the Georgia bar, Michael has represented employers and insurance companies throughout the state of Georgia in workers' compensation litigation for five years before opening his own law firm, Moebes Law, LLC, representing injured workers in Georgia.  

Michael is also a Major in the United States Air Force Reserves.  As a Medical Service Corps officer, he has deployed three times in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, serving twice at Balad Air Base, Iraq and once at Andrews AFB, MD.   

Christopher M. Simon

Chris is a civil trial lawyer who represents Georgians in serious injury cases. He graduated from the University of Virginia in 1993 and received his Juris Doctorate from Mercer University in 1997. 

Through the years his practice went through several progressions. He practiced landlord tenant law as a lawyer for Post Properties and several commercial landlords. He practiced eminent domain law for Cobb County. In 1999 he began to focus on Georgia Injury law  as an insurance defense lawyer for USAA  and a number of large trucking companies. He then transitioned in representing injured people against the insurance companies.
